Our subcontractor base consists of engineers, septic designers, home designers, interior decorators and more. With their professional assistance we are able to design and construct a new home for you on your building lot.

If you are thinking about purchasing a lot, call us. As part of our new home design/construction package, we will visit the building lot with you and will discuss design considerations with you.

If you already own a building lot, again, as part of our new home design/construction package, we can assist with surveying and engineering services, wetland delineation, and designing a septic system.
